We have perused the order of this Court dated 19th October, 2023 passed in Writ Petition No.13057 of 2022 and we have gone through the photostat copies of the compilation of documents (6 pages) tendered by the learned APP. The said compilation is taken on record and collectively marked as 'X' for identification.

It appears that the Nimtandar has carried out the measurement and the map is at page no.3 of the compilation 'X'. According to the learned APP, the encroachment has been removed. The Petitioner disputes the same and submits that the Nimtandar has Gauri Gaekwad

911-WP-2294-2025.odt fabricated the documents.

The above aspect cannot be gone into in our Writ jurisdiction. The Nimtandar has discharged his duties in his official capacity.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would withdraw this Petition and if there is any legal remedy available to him, he would resort to the same. 5.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.
