In para nos. 5 and 6 of the reply-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 1, the following statements have been made: - "5.
I say that in view of the said facts by letter addressed by Deputy Commissioner of Police E.O.W., Mumbai vide O/w. No.497/DCP/EOW/Unit 6/2025 dated 19/07/2025, request was made to the Deputy Director, Bureau of Immigration Heqdquarters, New Delhi to delete the LOCs opened against the petitioners viz. 1)Khalid Vaji Adam Yussuf LOC No. 2022425481, 2) Mustaq Vali Adam Yousuf LOC No. 2022425483 & 3) Yousuf Vali Adam Yousuf LOC No. 2022425484. Annexed hereto and marked as EXHIBIT "A" is the copy of letter bearing O/w. No. 497/DCP/EOW/Unit 6/2025 dated 19/07/2025.

I say that, in response to the abovesaid letter the Deputy Director, Bureau of Immigration Headquarters, New Delhi has deleted LOCs opened against the petitioners. Annexed hereto and marked as EXHIBIT "A" are the replies dated 19/07/2025 received from the Deputy Director, Bureau of Immigration Headquarters, New Delhi."

In view of the statements made by the State-respondent in the reply-affidavit, Mr.Amrut Joshi, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the reliefs claimed in the writ petition have been worked out and the writ petition is rendered infructuous. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, Writ Petition No. 2296 of 2025 is dismissed as infructuous.
