Issue notice to the Respondents. Advocate Mr. Gaurav Parkar appears and states that he has instructions to appear for the Respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4. He waives service of notice on these Respondents. He seeks time to file Vakilpatra and to file affidavit-in-reply.

Permission is granted. The affidavit-in-reply shall PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE be filed within a period of two weeks from today. As per the PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date: 2025.04.30 11:12:51 +0530 facts, the daughter is not with the Petitioner for about a year. Deshmane(PS)

The matter be listed for consideration on 18.6.2025. In case of urgency the Petitioner is at liberty to move the matter before the Vacation Bench with notice to the other side.

The child shall not be removed from her current school. The Petitioner shall be given access to meet the child on every Saturday and Sunday between 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. till the next date before this Court. It shall be an exclusive access to the Petitioner without interference. 5.
