By this Petition, the Petitioner, who claims to be the father of the child at issue, has sought issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus.

We are informed that there is no dispute regarding the death of the child's mother, which occurred due to illness. The child has been residing with his maternal uncle and aunt. Respondent No.2 is the maternal uncle, Respondent No.3 is the maternal aunt, and Respondent No.4, is the maternal grandmother. Gauri Gaekwad

The parties have entered into consent terms dated 1st August, 2025 (6 pages). The said consent terms are taken on record and marked as ' X ' for identification. 4.

All the parties have signed every page of the consent terms. The respective signatories are present in Court and have been identified by their respective Advocates. It is agreed that the child will be handed over to the custody of the Petitioner. All signatories assure the Court that they will not resile from the agreed terms and will ensure that the terms are implemented.
