Mr. Venegavkar, learned counsel for the respondent no.2, on instructions, states that as observed by us in our order dated 5 May 2025, the current account of the petitioner as held with IndusInd Bank - respondent no.3 can be permitted to be operated and the Fixed Deposit can continue to remain freezed. We accept the statement of Mr. Venegavkar. If this be the position, then keeping open all the contentions of the petitioner on the proceedings, we are of the opinion that further adjudication of the petitioner is not called for. As and when the petitioner desires that the petitioner intends to have a relief in respect of the Fixed Deposits, liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings. 2.

All contentions in that regard are expressly kept open. 3.
