SANJAY KASHINATH NANOSKAR Date: 2025.12.26 17:47:00 +0530 P.C.:- 1) In furtherance of Order dated 10th December 2025, the Commissioner of Police, Thane has filed a detailed and elaborate Affidavit placing on record the steps taken by the concerned Investigating Officer/ Officers in curing the defects pointed out by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone--1. The steps which have been adopted for completion of investigation of crime and to trace out the absconding accused (A-6) namely Ahmadkhan Deshmukh, impersonator of the land owner Mr.Rajesh Sonawane, are also stated in the said Affidavit. 1.1) We are satisfied with the steps adopted by the concerned Officers under the directions of the Commissioner of Police, Thane. 1/2

7. WP-2379-2025.doc 2) If the Petitioner is having any grievance regarding nonchargesheeted accused persons, he is at liberty to file an Application under section 216 or section 319 of Cr.P.C. at the time of trial before the trial Court.
3) In view of above, nothing further survives in this Petition at this stage.
3.1) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
