After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Viral Babar, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions from the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition and move before the learned Sessions Court, Pune in Special Case bearing No. 24 of 2010 to seek clarification/modification of the Order dated 23rd March, 2025 in the context of renewal of the Petitioner's passport, for a period of 10 years. Leave granted to the Petitioner to file appropriate Application before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. 2.

In the event any application is filed, the same shall be decided on Talwalkar
