If a cognizable offence is made out, a First Information Report would be registered.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 4.

In the event the Petitioner desires to avail of the remedy of approaching the Civil Court against the seller for specific performance of the contract and a direction for registration of the sale deed, such proceedings would be considered on their own merits, and all contentions of all the stake holders are kept open.
