Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that she is not pressing the prayer clause (b) which is for quashing of the proceedings. She submitted that her limited prayer is for expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No.1010/PW/2019 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., 32nd Court, Bandra. The incident is of May 2018. The case is pending since 2019. Therefore, the request for directions to expedite the trial is reasonable. 2.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of. It is made clear that, prayer clause (b) is not pressed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
