Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks unconditional withdrawal of this petition in view of the fact that, there is change in circumstance, and now the charge-sheet is filed. He seeks liberty to file discharge application before the Trial Court. His request is that, direction be issued to the Trial Court that the discharge application be decided expeditiously. The request is reasonable. 2.
