On 19th November 2025, again an adjournment was sought. Even on 9th January 2026, an adjournment was sought, therefore, we had directed the matter to be listed on 22nd January 2026, under the caption 'For Dismissal'. On that date, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, again sought an adjournment. Since he remained present, we did not dismiss the Petition on that date.
