the side. Vide order dated 21.08.2025 that writ petition was disposed of. By the said order, Writ Petition No. 2479 of 2025 that is the present writ petition was also disposed of.

The submission is present Writ Petition was not on board and it was not argued and issue raised before the trial Court on behalf of the Bindu Rana Kapoor is different from the issue raised by the Respondent No. 1-Avantha Realty related in Criminal Writ Petition No. 2478 of 2025. So the request is order dated 21.08.2025 be restricted only for the Criminal Writ Petition No. 2478 of 2025. It is agreeable to learned Advocate for the CBI.

In view of that following order is passed:
- (i) It is presumed that only Writ Petition No. 2478 of 2025 is disposed of on 21.08.2025.
(ii) The portion from the order which deals with Criminal Writ Petition No. 2479 of 2025 be deleted. Necessary modification be done and order be uploaded.
(iii) Parties are at liberty to move for circulation of the Criminal Writ Petition No. 2479 of 2025 from the concerned Court.

(iv)As Criminal Writ Petition No. 2479 of 2025 is not disposed of, interim order, if any, to continue till the next date.
