DATE : 9th MAY, 2025 P.C. :- This Court repeatedly asked the learned counsel appearing for the applicant whether the applicant is ready to abide by the conditions which were imposed by the Court of Sessions in its order dated 12th July, 2024. The learned advocate for the applicant repeatedly kept on arguing to modify the conditions since the police station is 200 km away from the applicant's house. As this Court was ready to alter the conditions for a limited period till the re-opening of the Court and since the advocate for the applicant was not ready to abide the conditions, stand over to 12th June, 2025.
