"a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the record of the Preliminary Inquiry done by the Respondent No. 04 & 05 transfer the investigation of the said Preliminary Inquiry from Respondent No. 04 & 05 to any other Police Station or any other Agency for fair and proper investigation and take the proper action accordance to the law".
