Heard learned Advocate Agrawal for the Petitioner-Accused. He wants modification of the bail conditions imposed by the Sessions Court. In fact there is a provision of an Appeal under Section 14-A of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Mr. Agrawal seeks liberty to withdraw the petition and file appropriate proceedings. It is granted.
