After arguing fo some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this petition, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for unconditional withdrawal of this petition with liberty to prefer an application for discharge before the trial Court. 2.

Permissions is granted. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with such liberty. If such application is preferred before the trial Court, the trial court shall decide it on its own merits in accordance with law. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.
