After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this Petition, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Petition, with liberty to prefer a discharge application before the trial Court. 2.

Permission is granted. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. If the Petitioner prefers an application for PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE discharge before the trial Court, it shall be decided on its own merits and PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date: 2025.05.09 15:31:35 +0530 in accordance with law.
