P.C.:

This is the petition for writ of habeas corpus filed by the elder sister of the missing person 'Rukshana' who is about 21 years of age. She was working in a factory at Dadra. It was merely 200 meters away from their home. The girl went missing from 14th February 2025. From that day onwards, the Respondent No.2 Arun Singh who was also working in the factory was also missing. The Petitioner suspects that the Respondent No.2 has some role to play in her sister's missing.
