Mr. Waradkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. He states that the Petitioner will adopt appropriate alternate proceeding challenging order dated 12th October, 2021 passed below Exhibit-1 in C.C. No.216/SS/2021. Learned Counsel also states that the Petitioner will also file delay condonation application in such alternate proceedings, if necessary. If such application is filed, the same will be considered in accordance with law. 2.

Accordingly, the Criminal Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such, with liberty as aforesaid. 3.
