Today, the matter is moved by Ms. Aparna Shinde, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner for speaking to the minutes of the Order dated 9th June 2025.

She states that on 9th June 2025, she had appeared through Video conferencing, but her appearance has not shown in the said Order. Apart from that she states that this Court has directed the concerned learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate to dispose of the Case No. SW/1100115/2010 expeditiously mentioning the period "within one year" but the said period is not reflected in the Order.

Accordingly Order dated 9th June 2025 be modified by showing appearance of Ms. Aparna Shinde, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the paragraph-3 be read as under : " 3.

Accordingly, for the reason set out in the Writ Petition, concerned learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate is requested to dispose of Case No. SW/1100115 of 2010 expeditiously within a period of one year".
