By the present Writ Petition, only relief sought is to expedite the trial pending in the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 11th Court, Kurla, Mumbai in Case No. SW/1100115 of 2010.

It is the main contention of the Petitioner, who is the complainant that the first complaint has been filed in the year 2007 and thereafter the case is filed in the year 2010. It is the contention that the complainant is senior citizen of 82 years old. Dusane

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Writ Petition, concerned learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate is requested to dispose of Case No.SW/1100115 of 2010 expeditiously within a period of one year.
