2) Advocate Mr. Shirish Desai submitted that, on 9th June 2025 he did not seek liberty to prove his defence by contesting Session Case No. 683 of 2022 and in fact wanted to withdraw unconditionally. 3) In view thereof, the words "with liberty to prove his defence by contesting Sessions Case No. 683 of 2022" from para No.1 of Order dated 9th 1/2

Osk 2-Wp-2621-2025.doc June 2025 are deleted from record and substituted by word "unconditionally".

3.1) In view thereof, para No.1.1 of the said Order also needs to be modified. The words "and liberty" from para No.1.1 of the said Order are accordingly deleted from record.

4) After effecting correction in para No.1 & 1.1, the said paragraphs would read as under.

"1) As the learned Judge of the trial Court has already rejected the Application of Petitioner for discharge by its detailed Order dated 13th March 2025, learned counsel for Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Petition unconditionally.

1.1) Leave granted."

5) Order dated 9th June 2025 be corrected accordingly and corrected Order be uploaded on the Official Website of High Court of Bombay.
