1) Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Mr. Navnath Mote, A.P.I. attached to Chikhali Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime the Police Sub-Inspector attached to Chikhali Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad Police Commissionerate has filed 'C-Summary Report' in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pimpri on 9th April 2025. She tendered across the bar a photocopy of the said Summary Report. She submitted that, the learned Magistrate is now seized off with the said proceedings. 1/2
