This petition is filed by the party-in-person. When called out, none appears for the petitioner.

The petitioner styled himself as a Doctor, however, in the body of the petition it is not traced out about his locus. In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate to defer the hearing of the petition by three months.

The Registry to cause notice to the petitioner to appear before the Committee dealing with the issue as to whether the petitioner can be permitted to appear in person. Even otherwise, the learned APP informs that the copy of the petition is not made available to the Office of the Public Prosecutor.
