The petitioner styled himself as a Doctor, however, in the body of the petition it is traced out about his locus. In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate to defer the hearing of the petition by three months.

Even otherwise, the learned APP informs that the copy of the petition is not made available to the Office of the Public Prosecutor.
