Notice for final disposal. The learned APP waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 5.

We have perused the medico legal certificate dated 15/01/2025 in relation to victim which speaks of injuries being caused by a sharp object. Of the total injuries, three are found to be grievous. 4.

apprehended and rather investigation is being carried out unfairly and in callous manner, we direct the respondent no.3 - Superintendent of Police to file an affidavit duly sworn by himself after having regard to the medico legal certificate of the victim and also the quality of investigation of crime alleged by the petitioner in the petition. We make it clear that affidavit shall be placed on record within a period of three weeks from today with an understanding that no further adjournment would be granted to the respondent no.3. The failure to submit the Affidavit may constrain this Court to summon the respondent no.3 - Superintendent of Police, Satara before this Court.
