The present petition was disposed of by an order dated 4th September 2025 wherein this Court had quashed the FIR No.1758 of 2024 registered with the Bandra police station, Mumbai. This Court while passing the order had directed the petitioners and the respondent no.2 to pay a cost of Rs.1,00,000/- each to the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present order in the official website of High Court of Bombay, Mumbai. The matter is thus listed for compliance today. 2.

petitioners and the respondent no.2 respectively, submits that the parties have deposited the amounts directly with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund between 20th and 23rd September 2025 through bank transfers. They have tendered letters dated 21st November 2025 and 25th September 2025 confirming the above deposits. The same are taken on record and attached at the appropriate place.
