DATE : 25th AUGUST, 2025 P.C.:- 1) Mr.More, learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 23rd July, 2025, Petitioner has deposited the said cost of Rs.2,00,000/- with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center, within stipulated period. He has filed in the Registry, a praecipe dated 25th August, 2025 alongwith photocopy of the receipt dated 21st August, 2025 issued by the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

2) Mr.Singh, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 23rd July, 2025, 1/2

He has filed in the Registry, a praecipe dated 25th August, 2025 alongwith photocopy of the receipt dated 14th August, 2025 issued by the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. 3) In view thereof, the Petitioner, so also the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have complied with the directions issued by the Order dated 23rd July 2025.
