Heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The Petitioner has sought very limited relief in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under:

"a. This Hon'ble High Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or directions and expedite the proceedings in Regular Criminal Case No. 3861 of 2015 pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC), Pune and conclude the same within three months;" 3.

The main contention of the Petitioner is that the learned Single Judge, by Order dated 19th April 2023 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.6151 of 2021 has requested the learned JMFC, Dusane

21 WP 2716.25.DOC Pune to expeditiously conclude the proceedings in RCC No. 3861 of 2015, and preferably within a period of one year. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that during the last two years, only one witness i.e. panch witness has been examined. 5.

In the facts and circumstances of this case and as the said case is of the year 2015 and as the learned Single Judge has already directed by Order dated 19th April 2023 to expeditiously conclude the proceedings within a period of one year, the learned JMFC, Pune is requested to conclude the proceedings in RCC No. 3861 of 2015 expeditiously and preferably within a period of 10 months from today.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms, with no order as to costs.
