We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. He has made a grievance that respondent nos.10 and 11 ought to have been impleaded as accused in the charge-sheet in Crime No.315 of 2023 punishable under Sections 420, 421, 427, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474, 120(B), 201, 34 of the IPC. If that is the case, it is always open for the trial Judge to look into the said issue at an appropriate stage.

With above observations, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition as nothing remains to be considered at this stage of the proceedings.
