The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks adjournment. 3.

However, we have perused prayer clause (b) of the petition which refers to the order dated 20th February 2025. 4.

The petitioners are seeking implementation of the order dated 20th February 2025 passed by the 52nd Court, Kurla, Mumbai & I/c. Judicial Magistrate First Class, 61st Court, Kurla, Mumbai in C.C.

In our opinion, the petitioners have an alternate remedy which they can take recourse to and accordingly we reserve the liberty to that effect. 6.

However, we make it clear that in case if such proceedings are taken out, the respondent must bring before the Court below the steps taken in the matter of implementation of the order dated 20th February 2025 referred to above.
