The petitioner undertakes to appear before the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court on 23rd June 2025 at 11:00 am. The Investigating Officer assures that further enquiry shall be conducted in accordance with law and if so required appropriate offence shall be registered. In case if the cognizable offence is disclosed, the offence shall be registered and investigated into.
