We have heard the counsel for the petitioner Mr. Tushar Halwai for some time.

The petitioner's father is seeking investigation including suspicious death of his son as the respondent no.4 has registered an accidental death. 3.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner for some time, we are of the view that the petitioner can conveniently canvass his grievance in a complaint case which is in the form of an alternate remedy. In that view of the matter, the petition is not pressed by the counsel for the petitioner.
