The petitioner has approached this Court seeking relief of the de novo investigation through a reputed agency either Criminal Investigation Department or Central Bureau of Investigation in relation to Crime No.262 of 2024 registered with the respondent no.4 - police station for the offences punishable under Sections 106(1), 125(A)(B), 281 of the IPC and Sections 184, 146/196 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 on 20th September 2024. We have heard the counsel for the petitioner in support of the contention for de novo investigation or transfer. 2.

involved including the vehicle in which the deceased son of the petitioner was travelling who expired in the accident, the truck which overturned after it has got out of control because of dash given from the side by the Sedan Car Driver in which the son of the petitioner was travelling and a trailer which got hit from the back side bar of the truck in question. It is the contention of the counsel for the petitioner that the Driver of the truck in question also has to be impleaded as accused. 3.
At this stage, the counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
