1] Prayer in the Petition is for directions against Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in FIR Crime No. 83 of 2025 and to initiate proceedings against the officials who have failed to discharge the duties. 2] Other prayers are also made on the lines of the aforesaid. 3] We have perused the FIR and other documents in the matter 4] Mr. Akshay Mishra holding for Mr. Raju Patil informs that Counsel for the petitioner is unable to connect virtually as there is some power issue at his end. The fact remains that in the second half, twice the matter was called out and the counsel for the petitioner has chosen not to appear before us either physically or through virtual mode. It is only after we have flashed the matter that Mr. Akshay Mishra instructing Advocate appeared before us and sought for an 1/2

Primarily perusal of the FIR depicts that dispute is of civil nature. Be that as it may. Since already the crime is registered and being investigated, it would not be appropriate for us to make any observations at this stage of the proceedings as regards the merits of the matter. We therefore deem it appropriate to dispose of the matter directing the respondents to complete the investigation in accordance with law.
