1) The Petition is listed on board for admission as per the system adopted by the Administration of this Court of auto listing the cases. 2) Learned Advocate Mr. Kale submitted that, Petition is all of sudden automatically listed on board and therefore Advocate on record could not attend the Court. He further submitted that, the Advocate on record is in personal difficulty and therefore is unable to attend the Court. 3) We are not impressed by the contention of the learned Advocate Mr. Kale and are not inclined to adjourn the Petition. 3.1) At this stage, learned Advocate Mr. Kale submitted that, for the inconvenience caused to this Court and for an adjournment of three weeks, the Petitioner will pay a cost of Rs.3,000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High 1/2
dtg 16-Wp-2739-2025.doc Court, Mumbai within a period of one week from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of the High Court of Mumbai. The said statement is accepted.
4) Subject to payment of cost as stated by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner as noted above, Petition is adjourned to 2nd July 2025. 4.1) It is made clear that, if the Petitioner fails to pay the cost within stipulated period, the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
