The Petitioner is challenging the interim order dated 16th February, 2019 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate's Railway Mobile Court at Andheri, Mumbai in C.C. No. 286/DV/2018 granting, an amount of Rs. 50,000/- per year towards the education expenses of two sons of the Petitioner from the present academic year till the disposal of this Petition. According to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, after this order came to be passed on 16th February, KARTIKEYA

5-WP-2743-2025.odt 2019, elder son has attained majority and has already crossed the age of 25 years, whereby he ceases to be a child. Hence, on this ground, he is challenging the said order. 2.

Mr. Adnan, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the Metropolitan Magistrate's Railway Mobile Court at Andheri, Mumbai for modification of the order. If at all the Petitioner files such an application, the same shall be heard and disposed of as early as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
