A prayer put forth by the Petitioner is that a fresh investigation be carried out in CR No.171 of 2023 and a Police Constable Mr. Ashok Rajaram Pawar be appointed as the Investigating Officer in the said CR No.171 of 2023 along with CR No.169 of 2023.

The learned APP submits, on instructions that the investigation in both FIRs is complete. It is further submitted that chargesheets have also been filed in both cases and the cases have been registered accordingly.
