1) Husband and mother-in-law of Respondent No.2 have filed present Petition for quashing of C. C. No.PW-1003406/2023 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Andheri, Mumbai, arising out of C.R. No.74/2023 dated 14th April 2023, registered with Jogeshwari Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 323, 504 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, with the consent of Respondent No2, the informant.

2) Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submitted that 1/2

rsk 9-WP-2752-2025.doc Respondent No.2 has already filed her Affidavit dated 12th June 2025 on record, giving her consent for quashing of crime in question. 2) Perusal of Affidavit indicates that, in paragraph No.5 thereof the Respondent No.2 has stated that, in view of amicable settlement she has no grievance or claims against the Petitioners. That, she has no objection for quashing of crime in question or any proceedings thereof. 2.1) Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 12/6/2025 and her 'No Objection' for quashing of the crime in question. 3) In view of the above, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
