The learned Senior Counsel for the applicant submits, on instructions, that the petitioner undertakes to remain present before the learned Appellate Court on 13 May 2025. In view of this statement and the assurance given, the non-bailable warrants issued against the petitioner in Criminal Appeals No.72 of 2023, 73 of 2023, and 74 of 2023, stands cancelled. The petitioner is accordingly directed to appear before the Appellate Court on the aforesaid date without fail.

In the event the petitioner files an application under Section 424 of CrPC, the learned Appellate Court shall consider and decide the said application on its own merits and in accordance with the law.
