The learned APP makes a serious grievance that there is a rising trend in criminal matters that the copies of the Petitions are not served on the APP. He also makes a grievance that, when he indicates that the copies are not served, the Petitioner side submits that one more copy will be served, when actually not a single copy has been given.

Now the learned Advocate for the Petitioner tenders an apology for the reason that neither a soft copy nor a hard copy has been served.
