1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Rajput, P.I., attached to Samta Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, the concerned DNA report pertaining to C.R. No. 089 of 2024, registered with Samata Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, has already been submitted in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class (17th Court), Borivali, Mumbai on 13th November 2025. He produced on record a photocopy of the said communication dated 12th November 2025 and the DNA report of Naushad Pasha Pathan. 1.1) In view of the above, the prayers in the Petition are worked out and nothing further survives in the Petition. 2) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
