Issue notice for final disposal to the Respondents, returnable on 01/07/2025. The learned APP waives notice on behalf of State. 4.

We direct the learned APP to establish contact with Respondent No.2 and secure instructions by returnable date as to the quantum of amount claimed to have involved, so that the issue of lien can be considered.
