C. :- 1) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 28th July 2025, the Petitioner was directed to pay Rs. 50,000/- and Respondent No.2 to pay Rs. 25,000/- to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Centre within a period of two weeks from uploading of the Order on the Official Website of the High Court of Bombay. Learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that, there has been a delay of 35 days in paying the cost. 2) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner further submits that, total cost of Rs. 75,000/- has been paid. He has produced on record the receipt dated 15th September 2025 issued by Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Centre and the acknowledgment 1/2

SPG 909-WP-2818-2025.doc dated 11th September 2025 indicating that the said amount amount is deposited in the concerned bank account, is produced on record. 3) In view thereof, the directions issued by Order dated 28th July 2025 are complied with.
