1) Leave to amend to incorporate the correct CR number in pleadings and prayer clauses granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith and in any event during the course of the day. 2) Praecipe dated 23rd September 2025, has been circulated by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner for speaking to the Minutes of Judgment dated 18th July, 2025.

3) Smt. Rao, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner fairly pointed out the fact that, in the Petition, in paragraph Nos.2, 13 and 15, the CR No.325 of 2020, has been erroneously typed instead of CR No.319 of 2020. She submitted that, as a consequence thereof, in the Judgment dated 18th July 2025, the said errors have kept in paragraph Nos.2, 1/2

KSG 2-WP-2821-2025.doc 13 and 15 and the said erroneous CR number has been typed instead of correct of CR No.319 of 2020. She submitted that, the correct CR No is 319 of 2020.

4) Perusal of record indicates that, the correct CR number is CR No.319 of 2020, registered with Marine Drive Police Station, Mumbai. 5) The said corrections be accordingly effected in Judgment dated 18th July 2025 and the corrected copy of Judgment be uploaded on the official website of High Court of Bombay.
