This petition is filed by the petitioner for issuing a Writ of Habeas Corpus against respondent nos.2 to 5. Respondent No.1 has brought himself as well as the child to Court today. The child's custody has been handed over to the petitioner (mother) today in court. Both the parents, i.e., petitioner and respondent no.2 (father), have agreed that the father will be entitled to meet the child every Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. The mother has also agreed to permit the child to go and meet the father on a weekday between 5.00 p.m. up to 8.00 p.m., provided the mother is informed on the previous day. It will also be subject to the child's schooling or classes. With the above directions, the petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
