The petitioner prays for the following reliefs :- "[A] That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for records of FIR No.108/2023 registered before the Hinjewadi Police Station and proceedings pending before the Special Judge, Pune bearing Special Case No.366 of 2023 & be pleased to quash and set aside the same. [B] Pending the hearing and final disposal of this writ petition all further proceedings and investigation with respect of Special Case No.366 of 2023 be stayed.

[D] Be pleased to grant ad interim relief in respect of prayer clause (B). [E] Such other and further relief as this hon'ble court deems fit and proper may be granted."

Mr. Vaibhav Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the charge-sheet has been filed. He seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail of the remedy available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 3.
