No. 471/PW of 2023, pending on the file of 26-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Borivali at Mumbai, arising out of C.R. No. 1245 of 2021 dated 25th December 2021, registered with Dahisar Police Station, Mumbai, under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506 and 500 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC), with the consent of Respondent No.2, the informant. bipin prithiani 20-wp-2895.25.doc 2) Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submitted that the Petitioners and Respondent No.2 have settled their disputes and differences amicably and have executed consent terms dated 11th March 2025 in DVA APP No. 93 of 2023, before the learned 26-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Borivali at Mumbai. That, as per the consent terms, Respondent No.2 is giving a consent for quashing of the said case. That, Respondent No.2 has filed an affidavit dated 5th May 2025, duly affirmed before a Notary Public. That, in the said affidavit, Respondent No.2 has admitted the fact of amicable settlement and filing of consent terms before the learned Magistrate.

3) Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 5th May 2025 and her 'no objection' for quashing of the crime in question. 4) In view of the above, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
