The learned counsel for the petitioners tenders a copy of the order dated 29th October 2025 passed in Regular Civil Suit No. 327 of 2025 titled "The State of Maharashtra through Narayangaon Police Statiion v. Mayur Rajkumar Saste & Ors." and submits that the accused Kajal Aniket Kate and Aniket Rajendra Kate have been discharged by the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Junnar. In view thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions of the petitioner no. 3, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition so as to enable the petitioners to file similar discharge petition before the Court concerned. 2.
Writ Petition No. 2943 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn. However, we may indicate that we have not examined the merits of the case and the Court concerned shall pass appropriate orders, if any discharge petition is filed on behalf of the petitioners, in accordance with law and having regard to the order of discharge dated 29th October 2025.
