1) After hearing learned Advocate for Petitioner at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief as prayed for, he on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to file an Application for discharge before the trial Court in case the police submits charge-sheet.

1.1) Leave and liberty granted.

2) Disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3) Perusal of record of investigation clearly indicates that, investigation of the present crime is being done in utmost casual manner. 1/2

The Investigating Officer, till date has not seized necessary and relevant documents, which are required for the purpose of prompt and complete investigation of present crime. We have taken on record a photocopy of the record of investigation conducted till today, from the learned APP. The said photocopy is kept in an envelope in the 2nd part of proceeding.

4) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Suryawanshi, P.S.I. Kalewadi police station, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, submitted that, Investigating Officer will adopt all the necessary and requisite steps as mandated by law within a period of one week from today. The said statement is accepted.
